Ba-nilla Buckwheat Breakfast Bake
Be sure to check the following blogs for the recipe.
I love these two blogs.....
I drool over their yummy healthy food and try recipes from time to time.
Check out Kathys blog for the recipe....
I was introduced to Chia seeds by reading Kathy's blog. I love adding goodies to my oatmeal so it was just another fun healthy treat!
It's a lot of measuring. You will want to give yourself 20 minutes to prepare them. The fun part is popping them in the microwave. 1 min. and 45 sec. later you will have a healthy warm cake ready to eat!!
Have you ever baked with Buckwheat flour? This is my first time. It's so dark!
I have to share my flowers.....
Have you ever tried All Natural "White Chocolate Wonderful" Peanut Butter! If not you must try it, All I can say is Yummmm!!
This is my fav. picture out of the bunch...I love the peanut butter on top!
Samuel was not to sure about the Breakfast this morning. He was great to try half of one. He ate a few bites drenched with the White chocolate peanut butter. My girls said they taste OK.

This looks absolutely YUMMY! Why do you taunt us with your fabulous treats? I guess the only concession is you told us where to find the recipe...
I was thinking of you especially at 5 a.m. when I opened up my prayer journal. So while you were lifting weights, I was praying... I remember getting up at 4:30 to go spinning - Loved it, but the early morning hours wore me out. I still miss it and hope to get back to it someday. Thanks for stopping by earlier and the encouragement you gave.
These look pretty good! I'm eager to try and find that peanut butter!
White chocolate peanut butter? Be still my heart!
Yum! The peanut butter looks like caramel and the buckwheat looks like chocolate, so this dish is playing (very good!) tricks with my mind. You are very good with your execrise - I am very bad in this department, and I am thankful that I don't have a car so that I get some incidental exercise.
YUM! I would love this. I had some buckwheat flour a long time ago and used it for a few things. It WAS dark, but I remember liking it.
These cakes look great! And you're not the only one I've heard mention that PB&C white chocolate pb and I must find some. ;)
This looks so yummy! You know what is funny? Today I went to the kitchen at work to make my oatmeal and one of the consultants there came in behind me to warm his up. He was telling me all the things in his oatmeal and Chia seeds was one of them. Today was the first time I have ever heard of them and then tonight I read this on your blog! I think I need to go look up what the benefits of eating these are!
I always see breakfasts like these and I really want to try them! I just got some ramekins so I really should=)
